Embark on a transformative journey along with a group of like-minded yogis and pilgrims to a land that has beckoned sages and seekers for centuries. We will begin every day with meditation, satsang, and yoga as we follow ancient pilgrimage routes to sacred sites of the Himalayas and cleanse our hearts and minds with dips in holy rivers, visits to divine temples, and the clear air of the high mountains. Saturday 7
Arrive New Delhi International Airport. Check into our hotel. Orientation. Meet the group.
Sunday 8
Travel by bus to Haridwar. Delicious vegetarian lunch en route at Chakra Restuarant. Check in to our accommodations. Swami Sivananda’s Birthday.
Monday 9
Meals and classes will be at Harish Johari House. Visit Chandi Devi and Manasa Devi Temples. Head to Har ki Puri in the evening for Ganga Arati. Take our first holy dip in the purifying waters of Ganga Ma.
Tuesday 10
Homa on the rooftop of Harish Johari House. Visit Daksheshwar Temple Complex and Samadhi of Anandamayi Ma.
Free time to roam the huge Haridwar Bazaar.
Wednesday 11
Travel by bus up into the mountains to DevPrayag. Walk down through the village, darshan at Ram Mandir and then to the confluence of the Bhagirati and Alaknanda Rivers and take an exhilarating and cleansing dip where these two rivers merge to form the Ganga. Continue by bus to Maletha for night halt at River Side Resort alongside the Alaknanda River.
Thursday 12
Depart in the morning to Rudraprayag and take yet another holy dip at the confluence of the Alaknanda and Mandakini Rivers. From there we will travel to Turiya Resort at Phata in the Himalayas. We will make our base at Turiya Resort.
Friday 13 – Wednesday 18 • Retreat at Turiya Resort
During our stay at Turiya we will have meditation, pranayama and asana classes in the mornings. During the day we will make trips to KaliMath, Tungenath, Kartikswami, Tiyuginarayan and possibly Kedarnath.
Thursday 19
Depart and travel via Vasishta Guha to Rishikesh and stay at the Divine Resort alongside the Ganga.
Friday 20
Visit temples, ashrams, bazaar and attend Ganga Arati.
Saturday 21
Travel by bus back to Delhi International Airport.
Book your return flight late night Saturday 21 or early morning Sunday 22.

Note about Accommodations:
In Haridwar, our program will be based at Harish Johari House where we will take our meals, satsangs and classes.
We’ll be staying in two places: There are 7 guest rooms available at Harish Johari House: 3 singles and 4 doubles with separate beds. The rooms are simple and the bathrooms and showers are on the hall.
The rest of our group will stay at a nearby hotel a short walk away. Please see below for updated room availability.
In Delhi, Dev Prayag and Rishikesh, there is the option for a single room.
At Turiya resort, all rooms are doubles with separate beds.
- Upon registration there are two basic options:
Single or Double. - Registrants for Single will have single rooms except at Turiya Resort.
All registrants will have the choice for their Haridwar stay, either at Harish Johari House (first come, first served)or at the nearby hotel. Harish Johari House is now full. Single and Double rooms are still available at the very nice hotel just up the road.
